Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Many of our products ship directly from our supply partners to keep prices low, which means delivery can take a little longer than next-day retail — thank you for your patience.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at td.lu@outlook.com and we'll track it down for you.
